מאחורי עו"ד מור להב שנות עבודה רבות בחברת הספנות “צים”, בין היתר בניהול תביעות מטען (נזקים ואיחורים) ותביעות נגד צדדים שלישיים, וכמנהלת מחלקת תאונות אישיות ומנהלת מחלקת ההסכמים, בהן רכשה ניסיון רב בטיפול במגוון מהנושאים המשפטיים-הביטוחיים הייחודיים של הספנות והסחר הבינלאומי, פעלה בתביעות נגד גורמים בחוץ לארץ ועבדה מול מבטחים זרים.

Mor Lahav, Advocate
Since 1996 admitted Attorney-at-law as a member of the Israel Bar Association. Academic Degrees: The Hebrew University of Jerusalem - Law (LL.B), 1995, Philosophy (BA) in 1995.
Adv. Mor Lahav provides legal services in the field of maritime law, shipping and marine insurance. Adv. Lahav gained extensive experience in this field with the Claims & Insurance Division of Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd., one of the largest carriers in the global container shipping industry, as a claims adjuster and later on as manager of the Personal Injuries Department and of the Contracts Department. Adv. Mor Lahav handled a vast variety of complicated claims involving damages to cargo, hull, general average, personal injuries and property claims, third parties and recovery claims. Adv. Lahav counseled on loss prevention and on matters concerning the company’s covers with the P&I Clubs and other insurances policies. Her responsibilities included the management of insurance / legal risks involved in the company's agreements (including in the shipping documentation, the bill of lading contract for the multimodal/ocean carriage, service contracts with the clients, cargo owners and freight forwarders/NVOCCs, agency agreements, and contracts with partners, sub contractors and suppliers in the combined operation of the logistic chain - charterparties, vessel sharing/slot charter agreements, connecting carriers/feeders agreements, crew/manning agreements, containers/equipment leasing agreements, terminal and stevedoring services agreements, agreements with truckers/land transporters, depots, warehouses, bunker suppliers, and more).
Currently Adv. Mor Lahav offers for all parties engaged in the international carriage by sea, road, rail and air, and the import/export trade, and in vessel owning and in the purchase and sale of ships and yachts - a customer related services – comprehensive, creative and thorough legal advice, conscious for minimizing costly legal complications involved with shipping.
